Kurt Belcher
Chief Executive Officer
Kurt is the founder and CEO of STA Jets, and has overseen its growth from 2009, when he purchased the one-plane charter company at John Wayne Airport.
Erik Neiderman
Chief Operating Officer & Director of Operations
Back in the 80s, Erik saw an ad for flying lessons in a magazine and immediately signed up. He was hooked after his very first class, and within a few years, had become a professional pilot and flight instructor.
Megan Cunningham
General Manager
Megan has been in the aviation industry for over 20 years, with varied experience in (almost) every aspect of private aviation, including charter sales, dispatch, aircraft management, marketing, accounting, and any other job that benefits from a clear head and the ability to get things done.
Zach Rutledge
Vice President
From a very young age, Zach was drawn to flight, and while still in high school, signed up for lessons together with his father. His fate was sealed; aviation became Zach’s life.
