The airplane will be based out of a newly established STA Jets office at Palm Springs International Airport.

The newly acquired jet is a 2001 Citation Bravo CE-550 (tail number N717GK) and is available for immediate charter.

“Expanding into Palm Springs allows us to better serve our clients in the area. This aircraft is the first of many that will be based in the desert in the coming months,” said Kurt Belcher, STA Jets President and CEO.

The light jet seats eight passengers, with a cruising speed of 466 mph. Amenities include a mini-galley, aft lavatory and satellite phone connectivity. The twin-turbofan-powered Citation Bravo is ideal for short-range executive/business travel.
